Me and my partners had the chance to make lanterns and interview 3 people. first we interviewed a second grader, a community member and a senior citizen. My partners were Gio and Cadayzia they helped me a lot during this project. For collaboration I think we all did great in collaborated great but sometimes I would go off and get distracted from the project. As a group together what we could have done better together was talking to each other so we could help each other.
In Humanties we read a book called Fahrenheit, this book was about people being for bided to read books and anyone who had books would be burnt with there house. This world was the opposite from ours firefighters started fires and did not put them out. If you did something good it would be bad. If you were to do something bad it would be good. What I learned about it was how things would be different if we did not have Books or electronics or cars this world would be very very different from what it is now. In the book there was a firefighter named Montag who rebelled just to help a girl who read a book. I can connect this to my project because I helped out my partners.
For physics My group and I learned about electrons that move pretty fast and we needed to create loops that the wire sent to the LED's and then the current would go back to the battery sending the current back to the LED. We also learned how to slow down the current of the Electrons. For math we did a cool drawing that we did with compasses and turned out to be very confusing in the beginning. Mine was a square and inside was a Square.
In spanish I did not really learned much because i had to help translate them other than that my Spanish got a little better from helping other people. I also learned a couple other new words that were a bit hard to pronounce. When I translated mine the it took very long to finish. it seems as if Spanish has longer words.
